Relationships 101 Dear Diary Book 3 edition by Allison Cassatta Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I absolutely love Allison Cassatta’s Dear Diary series, so when I learned a new one was available I had to read it. Once again, Ms Cassatta does not disappoint. Chris and Josh are back, both now in college. They were living together in Josh’s parents’ house over the summer after Chris’s family kicked him out for being gay. They are trying to live separately in college, believing it is the mature thing to do so they can concentrate on their studies. Ha! Not so much when Josh’s roommate turns out also to be a gay man with his own agenda.
I had a hard time throughout the book figuring out whether Patrick, the roommate, is a good guy or a bad guy. I’ll leave it to you to find out for yourself. The ending is just right, with a strong HFN and the boys moving ahead in their lives. It also has an opening for Dear Diary 4, which I hope will not be far behind! Another wonderful book in a favorite series.
